The preparation method comprises: (1) dispersing blackphosphorus nano-sheets in an organic solvent to obtain a black phosphorus nano-sheet solution; (2) dissolving a bismuth salt in an organic solvent to obtain a bismuth salt solution; and (3) adding thebismuth salt solution obtained in the step (2) into the black phosphorus nano-sheet solution obtained in the step (1), standing, and carrying out centrifugation to obtain the biodegradable black phosphorus-based X-ray photodynamic therapy photosensitizer.
