Problems solved by technology

But the aqueous solution of piroctone olamine salt has color, makes product coloring, and its cost is higher, is also subject to the restriction of concentration of use, so also there is very big limitation in the application of hair cosmetics

Embodiment 6

[0048] The novel anti-dandruff compositions of Examples 1-5 were prepared into shampoo, including the following steps:

[0049] (1) First, EDTA-Na 2 Add to deionized water and stir until dissolved;

[0050](2) heat up to 80°C, add 10-15 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.0-2.5 parts of cocamide MEA, 3-6 parts of cocamidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine, cetyl alcohol 0-1 part, 0.5-1 part of bis(hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, 0-1 part of ethylene glycol stearate, stir until dissolved;

[0051] (3) After the above solution was stirred and dissolved completely, the temperature was lowered to 45°C, and 1-2 parts of polyquaternium-7, 3-8 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, and 1-2 parts of D-panthenol were added respectively. Stir well, adjust the pH to about 6 with citric acid, add 2-6 parts of the anti-dandruff composition, 0.3-1 part of preservatives and 0.3-0.8 part of essence in the above Examples 1-5, respectively, and stir well.

[0057] Experimental Example 1 Minimum inhibitory concentration test

[0058] The mechanism of the anti-dandruff agent selected in the present invention is to achieve the effect of anti-dandruff by inhibiting the proliferation of Malassezia bacteria and causing excessive proliferation of the stratum corneum of the scalp. The minimum inhibitory concentration method is one of the most objective static characterizations of the efficacy of dandruff. Generally speaking, the lower the minimum inhibitory concentration of the composition, the better the bacteriostatic effect, that is, the better the anti-dandruff effect.

[0059] testing method

[0060] Malassezia furfur was grown in flasks containing medium. The dilution of the dissolved antimicrobial active was then added to the test tube containing the molten agar. An inoculum of Malassezia furfur was added to each molten tube, the tubes were spun, and the agar was poured into separate sterile petri dishes. After incubating the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel anti-dandruff composition and a shampoo / conditioner product. The novel anti-dandruff composition comprises the following components by weight percentage: a) 0.01-1.5% of 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol; b) 0.01-2% of piroctone olamine; c) 0.5-10% of sorbitan octoate; d) 1-30.0% of an alcohol humectant; e) 0.05-5% of a high-molecular cationic polymer; and f) balance of water. The composition used on hair cosmetic can break lamination of piroctone olamine on formula usage, achieves strong-efficacy anti-dandruff effect, and can reduce irritation on scalp.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of personal care products, in particular to an antidandruff hair care composition. Mainly used in shampoo products. Background technique [0002] Dandruff is a common disease of the scalp skin, and nearly 50% of people will suffer from dandruff at least some time in their lives. About 60% of adults in our country suffer from dandruff to varying degrees, and 15% of them have severe symptoms. [0003] The generation of dandruff is the result of ordinary skin dirt, that is, the stratum corneum of the epidermis is continuously peeled off, which is a result of metabolism. The mechanism of dandruff production and its severity are closely related to the abnormal reproduction of Malassezia. The proliferation of Malassezia bacteria causes excessive proliferation of the stratum corneum of the scalp, which promotes the continuous and abnormal shedding of stratum corneum cells in the form of scales. This shedding of scales is ...
