The preparation method is characterized in that the gypsum-based composite material is produced with dry-method-modified wollastonite fibers, surface-modified glass fibers and pre-treated carbon fibers as reinforcing materials, wherein the wollastonite fibers are subjected to dry method modification with stearic acid, the glass fibers are subjected to thermo-treatment and acid-treatment and then treatment with a coupling agent, and the carbon fibers are electrolyzed in an electrolyte. Gypsum powder is dry-mixed with the surface-modified glass fibers and pre-treated carbon fibers; then the wollastonite fibers are uniformly mixed with water; the dry mixture then is added to and doped with the wollastonite fibers and water; finally emulsified paraffin emulsion is added with uniform stirring, and then the mixture is injected into a mold to prepare the multi-fiber-reinforced gypsum-based composite material.
