Abstract

The invention provides water-soluble red / green light double-emission carbon dots (RGDE CDs) which are prepared by taking 2,5-diaminotoluene sulfate as a carbon source through a one-step method. Compared with an existing method, a multi-step material preparation process is avoided. The RGDE CDs prepared by the method have excellent anti-photo-bleaching capability, good biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity. Under the single excitation wavelength, the strength of green fluorescence (with the wavelength of 525nm) of the RGDE CDs is quenched after OONO- is added, and the strength of red fluorescence (with the wavelength of 603nm) is basically not changed. On the basis, the invention establishes a novel method for determining fluorescence of the OONO- through a ratio method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemistry, and in particular relates to a method for preparing red / green double-emitting carbon dots (RGDE CDs) in one step and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Carbon dots (CDs) are discrete nanoparticles with a near-spherical structure, usually less than 10 nm in size, with photoluminescent properties. Since CDs were prepared by researchers using the arc discharge method in 2004, CDs have been used in analysis, detection, Bioimaging, photodynamic therapy, and photocatalysis have been widely used in fields such as carbon nanomaterials that have attracted much attention. [0003] Most of the CDs reported so far have short fluorescence emission wavelengths, poor tissue penetration, and large background interference of biological tissues, which limits their application in biological imaging and other aspects. The energy of red light is low, and the background interference of biological tissues ...
