This invention discloses an anti-yellowing LC-grade dimethylthiotoluene
diamine, its preparation method, and its applications, relating to the field of dimethylthiotoluene
diamine chemical
raw material technology. The method includes dimethylthiolation of
diaminotoluene to obtain a crude product; partial
acylation with trimesoyl
chloride to introduce a steric barrier; and compounding with TEMPOL, antioxidants 1010 and 168 to construct a three-level synergistic
antioxidant network, yielding an anti-yellowing intermediate; then introducing nano-
boron nitride and octaphenyl cage-type
silsesquioxane to construct an organic-inorganic
hybrid heat-resistant network, obtaining an anti-yellowing and heat-resistant product; finally, using γ-
cyclodextrin to encapsulate TEMPOL and
phytic acid to chelate
metal ions, achieving long-term
antioxidant stability. The resulting product exhibits excellent anti-yellowing properties,
heat resistance, and long-term stability during high-temperature service.
