The fabric comprises, by weight, 10-20 parts of an easily-dyeable and flame-retardant monomer, 12-18 parts of ethylene glycol, 12-15 parts of polyethylene glycol, 15-20 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 0.5-1 part of a polycondensation catalyst, 4-6 parts of dihydroxyphenylhexaphenyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, 0.5-0.8 part of a stabilizer, 0.2-0.5 part of a halogenide-resistant agent and 3-5 parts of titanium dioxide. The fabric has the following advantages: (1) a phosphonate monomer is used as the easily-dyeable monomer for the first time; (2) a latest ester exchange method is adopted to perform a polymerization reaction; (3) the easily-dyeable and flame-retardant monomer makes the polyester structure become loose from original regularity and the original polyester molecular chain contain -PO<3><2-> after being polymerized, and the monomer and cationic groups in a cationic pigmentundergo ion exchange to achieve easy dyeing; and (4) an external flame retardant is not needed, and the fabric has self flame retardancy.
