Abstract

The binding effect of glass fibers, shell powder and PP is increased, so that the glass fibers and the shell powder are evenly dispersed in the PP, gaps between the glass fibers and the PP are reduced so as to increase a PP reinforcement effect, and therefore, the modified PP material has good mechanical strength, surface smoothness and antimicrobial property. The modified PP material is characterized by being prepared from the following ingredients in partsby weight: 60-75 parts of PP, 15-30 parts of glass fiber, 1-10 parts of fusion grafting agent, 0.2-2 parts of initiator, 0.1-0.8 part of silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.8 part of TAF (tenofovir alafenamide), 0.1-1 part of EBS (ethylene bis stearamide) and 1-10 parts of shell powder.
