Abstract

The preparation method includes the steps: preparing GO-X from oxidized graphene GO in a drug-loaded manner; wrapping the surface of the GO-X with PIL (polymeric ionic liquid) with positive charge and PAA (polyacrylic acid) with negative charge by the aid of charge attraction principle layer by layer to form two protective layers. The drug-loaded compound system is good in solubility in water, drugs can be protected in a highly acid environment afterbeing loaded, stability of the drugs is enhanced, and the drugs have PH-sensitive release characteristics. The drugs can be stabilized in stomach and released in intestinal tracts, drug absorption effects are enhanced, bioavailability is improved, and the anti-tumor curative effect of the drugs is enhanced. The system can be applied to anti-tumor research and has excellent clinical research and application values.
