Abstract

The invention discloses an insulation hearth of a horizontal inductive heating graphitization furnace. The insulation hearth includes at least two layers of furnace walls that are nested with each other. Each furnace wall includes: a bottom side wall, a left side wall and a right side wall; a left transition side wall and a right transition side wall, which are respectively connected between the bottom side wall and the left side wall and between the bottom side wall and the right side wall and have a rounding chamfered structure; and a top side wall having an arc-shaped structure, wherein thetwo sides of the top side wall are respectively connected to the tops of the left side wall and the right side wall. By means of the rounding chamfered structure and the arc-shaped structure, a riskof breaking of the furnace walls due to excessive furnace walls can be reduced, and a problem of short circuit and shutdown of a coil since heat exchange is accelerated due to leakage of the furnace walls, thereby ensuring stable temperature in the insulation hearth. The multi-layer furnace wall structure can increase the strength of the insulation hearth so as to further reduce the risk of heat leakage of the insulation hearth. The temperature of interior of the insulation hearth is relatively constant, so that the insulation hearth has a stable temperature.
