Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biomedical engineering and discloses a polymer loaded with penicillin and nitric oxide at the same time as well as a preparation method and application of the polymer. The structural formula of the polymer is described in the following description. For the polymer, a dendritic cation alkynyl group-contained polyamide-amine dendritic molecule PAMAM (polyamide-amine) as an NO donor, and a dendritic structure and a great quantity of secondary amine in the structure are beneficial to efficient loading of NO; in addition, PAMAM contains a great quantity of primary amine groups at the same time, so that efficient loading of the penicillin is facilitated, and efficient loading of NO and PCN is realized; polyamide-amine is grafted with chitosan, so that the biocompatibility of a material can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, high grafting ratio of a chitosan long chain to the polyamide-amine greatly increases the loading amounts of NO and PCN; and meanwhile, the antibacterial effect of the polymer loading the penicillin and NO at the same time is better than the antibacterial effect of a polymer singly loading the penicillin or NO, and the synergistic effect is generated.
