Abstract

The invention discloses a sound-insulation spraying rapid-solidifying SBS modified asphalt waterproofing coating and a preparation and using method thereof. The coating is composed of two components of A and B, asphalt is modified by the component A by adopting SBS elastomer, anion neoprene latex, modified hollow glass micro beads and surface modified silicon dioxide aerogel, and solid asphalt isemulsified to be liquid through an emulsification technology to achieve spraying technique. The process has the advantages that using performance in the aspects of water proofing, sound insulation, heat insulation and puncturing resisting can be given to a material when the asphalt is modified, and the asphalt is emulsified to achieve the spraying technique. The waterproofing coating obtained by means of the method has the advantages of simple and convenient construction, cold producing and spraying, seamless due to integrated shaping, high rebound degree, sound insulation, wear resistance, puncturing resistance and high tensile strength.
