Abstract

The invention provides a polyurethane aqueous emulsion, a condom and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the polyurethane aqueous emulsion comprises the following steps: firstly, performing a prepolymerization reaction by a mixture of 50 to 65 mass parts of polyether diol and 3 to 20 mass parts of hydrophobic polymer diol or diamine and 15 to 30 mass parts of diisocyanate whichare subjected to high-temperature vacuum dehydration; secondly, performing a reaction on the obtained product and a small molecule diol chain extender, a chain extender with carboxyl and a chain extender with a alkyl side chain, and adding an organic solvent to dilute; then adding the obtained product into deionized water containing an amine chain extender to carry out stirring emulsification; and finally, carrying out vacuum removal of the organic solvent to obtain the polyurethane aqueous emulsion. The obtained polyurethane emulsion is prepared into the polyurethane condom by processes of die dip-coating, heating drying, crimping, vacuum drying, packaging and the like. For the condom, a thickness is smaller than 0.025mm, 100% of modulus at a definite elongation is smaller than 1.2MPa, tensile strength is greater than 25MPa, and elongation at break is greater than 1,000%.
