Embodiment 1

[0061] The schematic diagram of the flow control equipment used in this embodiment is as follows figure 1 shown. Horizontally from left to right are oil inlet, peristaltic pump, oil delivery pipe, synchronous quantitative injector, ultraviolet irradiator, oil outlet and battery assembly pipe. The transport carrier is industrial grade 3# paraffin oil, kinematic viscosity (40°C) 2.77mm 2 / s; the inner diameter of the oil delivery pipe is 5mm, the outer diameter is 6mm; the flow rate of the peristaltic pump is 15mL / min; 5 syringes inject synchronously, the injection volume is 0.4mL (15mL / min); the wavelength of ultraviolet light is 365nm.

[0062] From left to right, the components and contents of the gel precursor mixture in the 5 syringes are:

[0063] ⑤Sodium chloride (2mol / L), acrylamide (5.5mol / L), N,N'-dimethylbisacrylamide (0.067mol / L), photoinitiator (0.045mol / L);

[0064] ⑥2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (2mol / L), acrylamide (3.7mol / L), N,N'-dimethylbisacry...

Embodiment 2

[0070] The equipment, raw materials and consumption used in this embodiment are the same as those in Example 1, the difference lies in the injection step. After the first synchronous injection, the No. ⑨ syringe was closed, and then the remaining 4 syringes were injected synchronously, with an injection volume of 0.4 mL (0.3 mL / min), with an interval of 20 s between each injection, and stopped after 4 injections. Finally, 21 gels, A battery pack assembled from 5 single life cells. The copper foil electrodes were inserted into the gel at both ends, and the open circuit voltage was measured up to 0.71V.

Embodiment 3

[0072] The flow control equipment and parameters used in this embodiment are the same as those in Embodiment 1. From left to right, the components and contents of the gel precursor mixture in the five syringes are: (compared with Example 1, the component concentrations are different, and the cation selective permeable membrane components are different)

[0073] ⑤Sodium chloride (3mol / L), acrylamide (5.1mol / L), N,N'-dimethylbisacrylamide (0.062mol / L), photoinitiator (0.045mol / L);

[0074] ⑥3-sulfonic acid propyl methacrylate potassium salt (2mol / L), acrylamide (2.1mol / L), N,N'-dimethylbisacrylamide (0.055mol / L), photoinitiator (0.045mol / L);

[0075] ⑦Sodium chloride (0.015mol / L), acrylamide (4.1mol / L), N,N'-dimethylbisacrylamide (0.051mol / L), photoinitiator (0.045mol / L);

[0076] ⑧(3-acrylamidopropyl)trimethylammonium chloride (2mol / L), acrylamide (2.75mol / L), N,N'-dimethylbisacrylamide (0.034mol / L);

Abstract

The invention discloses a life battery, a preparation method thereof, and an apparatus for preparing such life battery. In the life battery, a "manmade electrifying cell structure" is configured by using gel, containing salt water, and an ion-selective permeation membrane for simulating the electrolyte environment and membrane structure of electric eel discharge cells; then the components are assembled to obtain the life battery, which has good biocompatibility and flexibility. The apparatus includes: a peristaltic pump, a synchronous quantitative injection controller, an ultraviolet radiationdevice, an oil pipe, and a battery assembly tube. The peristaltic pump is arranged on one end of the oil pipe and the battery assembly tube is arranged on the other end of same; the synchronous quantitative injection controller and ultraviolet radiation device are disposed on the middle of the oil pipe. By means of the apparatus, a single life battery or a plurality of single life battery connected in series can be assembled in one step. The single life battery can reach up to 185 mV in voltage. The life battery has biocompatibility and flexibility and has extensive application prospect in the fields such as implanted artificial organs and flexible wearable equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a life battery and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a life battery based on the principle of biological discharge and a preparation method thereof, and also to a device for preparing a life battery, which belongs to the technical field of batteries. Background technique [0002] As we all know, there are some creatures that can discharge in nature, such as electric eels, electric rays, electric catfish, etc. Among them, the peak voltage of electric eels can be as high as 800V when they discharge, which is the freshwater fish with the strongest discharge ability among fish, so there are " high-voltage line". Such a peculiar biological discharge phenomenon has aroused great interest. At the end of the 18th century, Galvani discovered that frog muscles contracted when they were in contact with a loop composed of different metals, and for the first time proposed the concept of "animal electricity". Since then, many e...
