The solid electrolyte with excellent performance is synthesized by controlling the preparation process parameters such as a temperature rise rate, a pre-sintering temperature, pre-sintering time, a calcining temperature, calcining time and the like. The lithium ion solid electrolyte disclosed by the invention has the advantages that byvirtue of Al<3+> doping and increase of the lithium ion concentration and the carrier concentration, the probability of enabling the lithium ion to simultaneously occupy the positions AI and AII is improved, and energy of the lithium ion needed in the transition process is reduced, so that the room-temperature ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte exceeds 10<-4>/cm, and the solid electrolyte can be applied to an all-solid-state battery.
