The electrostatic flocking paste is prepared from the compositions in parts by weight: 1800-1900 parts of emulsified monomers, 180-200 parts of an emulsifying agent, 400-480 parts of water, 4-4.5 parts of an oxidizing agent, and 4.1-5 parts of a reducing agent; the emulsified monomer is prepared from the compositions in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of acrylic acid, 100-130 parts of acrylonitrile, 750-795 parts of butyl acrylate, and 600-630 parts of methyl acrylate. According to the electrostatic flocking paste, (1) the viscosity is moderate, and adhesive force of fibers is high; and (2) in the reaction process, the different oxidizing agents, ammonium persulfate and sodium persulfate are dropwise addedstep by step, since the temperature range is 50-55 DEG C in the initial phase, due to continuous dropping of the monomers, the oxidizing agents and the reducing agents, the temperature is gradually raised to be controlled within 73-75 DEG C, the ammonium persulfate is used as the oxidizing agent in the initial phase, the sodium persulfate is used as the oxidizing agent in the reaction process, oxidation-reduction systems of the ammonium persulfate and the sodium sulfite have low temperature, and are suitable for a reaction at the room temperature or the low temperature.
