The ink is prepared from, by weight, 20%-60% of water-soluble resin, 10%-50% of acrylic copolymer resin emulsion, 10%-15% of titanium dioxide, 0.5%-1.5% of a dispersing agent, 0%-0.5% of an antifoaming agent, 0.1%-1.5% of a wetting agent, 0.1%-1% of silicon dioxide, 5%-18% of an alcohol-water mixed solvent and 0.1%-1% of an amination reagent. The water-soluble resin is one or two of water-soluble acrylic resin and waterborne polyurethane. The water-soluble resin, the acrylic copolymer resinemulsion and the amination reagent are mixed to be uniform, then the alcohol-water mixed solvent is added, then the dispersing agent and silicon dioxide are added, the mixture is continuously stirred,titanium dioxide is added, the materials are mixed to be uniform, then filtering is carried out, the wetting agent is added to filtrate, ammonium hydroxide is added for adjusting the pH value, and the novel environment-friendly water-washable ink is obtained.
