Abstract

The preparing method includes the step of preparing polyester POY yarn from polyester melt through a POY process to obtain the semi-dull polyester pre-oriented yarn. A preparing method of polyester includes the steps of evenly mixing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, a delustering agent, doped and modified Bi2O3 powder, doped and modified Sb2O3 powder and multi-phase solid acid-base powder calcinated at a high temperature, and sequentially conducting esterification reaction and condensation polymerization reaction, wherein the content of the delustering agent is 0.20-0.27 wt%. The specific viscosity of the prepared product is reduced by 14-17% after the product is placed under the temperatureof 25 DEG C and the relative humidity of 65% for 60 months.
