The method includes loading repair agents and the functional substances in hollow or mesoporous nanometer materials, then wrapping self-assembly materials with the nanometermaterials and allowing the self-assembly materials to be slowly released; adding loaded nanometer materials into coating base solution to obtain coating materials; coating fertilizer granules to obtain the self-assembly and self-repair coated controlled-release fertilizer.
