The acne treatment toner comprises deionized water, xanthan gum, salicylic acid microcapsules, bentonite, propylene glycol, trehalose, glycerinum, menthol, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the deionized water and the xanthan gum into a blending container, and performing homogenization till complete dispersion; further adding the bentonite, the propylene glycol, the trehalose, the glycerinum, the menthol, the hyaluronic acid and phenoxyethanol which are blended in advance into the blending container, and performing heating homogenization and stirring; further adding thesalicylic acid microcapsules, and continuously performing constant-temperature stirring; and finally performing cooling to 40 DEG C or lower, adding the niacinamide, performing homogenization stirring, and performing cooling to room temperature, so as to obtain the toner. Due to adoption of the salicylic acid microcapsules, the toner effectively takes an acne treatment effect into play, relieves irritation of salicylic acid to skin, can be directly used on faces and makes face skin clean and tender.
