The invention provides an ultra-high temperature-resistant water-based drilling fluid. The ultra-high temperature-resistant water-based drilling fluid comprises clay, an alkalinity regulator, a rheological stabilizer, a fluid loss control agent, an inhibitor, a lubricant and water. The rheological stabilizer is prepared from 40 to 56 portions by mass of an oil phase, 40 to 56 portions by mass of an aqueous phase, 2 to 5 portions by mass of an initiator and 2 to 5 portions by mass of a cross-linking agent. The oil phase comprises white oil and an emulsifier. The aqueous phase comprises 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, N, N-diethyl acrylamide, methacrylic acid and acrylamide. The embodiment result shows that after ultra-high temperature aging at 260 DEG C, the drilling fluid has micron and submicron-level spherical aggregation-state structures. The nanometer spherical molecular polymer rheological stabilizer has good temperature resistance. Through synergism of spherical aggregation-state structure reinforcement and drilling fluid components, the ultra-high temperature stability of the drilling fluid is improved.
