The strain has the characteristics and performance as follows: (1), the characteristics are: colonies formed on a phenol MedA solid culture medium are relatively short and thickbacilli, have the sizes of (0.5-0.8)*(1-2)[mu]m, are arranged separately or in pairs, and are pale yellow, uniform in texture and opaque; relatively large gray white sticky colonies are formed on an MPYE solid culture medium, are flagella-free, have capsules, belong to enterobacteriaceae and are Gram-negative short and thick bacilli; (2), the performance is: the strain has certain phenol degradingcapability and has relatively high tolerance to phenol. The strain has the advantages as follows: the strain can degrade the phenol with relatively high concentration, and provides a new bacterial source for effectively treating phenol-containing wastewater with relatively high concentration.

The invention discloses a polyvinyl alcohol-pectin embolism microsphere, a drug-loaded embolism microsphere and a preparation method. A preparation method of the embolism microsphere comprises the following steps: blending a polyvinyl alcohol solution and a pectin solution to obtain a water phase; dissolving an emulsifier in a continuous phase, and performing uniform mixing to obtain an oil phase;adding the water phase into the oil phase, and performing uniform stirring to obtain polyvinyl alcohol-pectin emulsion; dissolving a cross-linking agent namely glutaraldehyde and a catalyst namely hydrochloric acid in diethyl ether to obtain a mixture, dropwise adding the mixture into the polyvinyl alcohol-pectin emulsion, and performing a cross-linking reaction to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol-pectin suspension; and centrifuging and washing the polyvinyl alcohol-pectin suspension, and then performing freeze-drying to obtain the polyvinyl alcohol-pectin embolism microsphere. The preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving anti-tumor drug in water to obtain an anti-tumor drug solution, then placing the polyvinyl alcohol-pectin microsphere into the anti-tumor drug solution, performingstirring, and enabling the polyvinyl alcohol-pectin embolism microsphere to adsorb the anti-tumor drug to obtain the polyvinyl alcohol-pectin drug-loaded embolism microsphere. The prepared embolism microsphere has certain degradation capacity and higher drug loading capacity.

The invention discloses nanometer magnesium oxide with dark-room sterilization and sewage degradation performance. Exposed oxygen vacancy sites are arranged on the surfaces of crystal planes {111} of the nanometer magnesium oxide. The particle sizes of particles of the nanometer magnesium oxide used as an antibacterial agent are 10-50 nm. A method for preparing the nanometer magnesium oxide includes (1), mixing magnesium nitrate hexahydrate, diethylamine hydrochloride and urea with one another to obtain mixtures; (2), heating, melting, combusting, cooling and grinding the mixtures obtained at the step (1) to obtain a solid product which is the nanometer magnesium oxide. A molar ratio of the magnesium nitrate hexahydrate to the diethylamine hydrochloride to the urea is 1.0:(0.5-1.5):(0.2-2.0). The nanometer magnesium oxide and the method have the advantages that the nanometer magnesium oxide prepared by the aid of the method is capable of adsorbing active molecular oxygen and directly generating active oxygen species and is good in oxidation sterilization and degradation activity in dark-room environments; raw materials for the nanometer magnesium oxide are easily available, the earth crusts contain abundant magnesium elements, and the magnesium elements are low in cost; the method for synthesizing the nanometer magnesium oxide includes simple processes, is short in time consumption and has an excellent industrial application prospect.
