Abstract

Pd and Rh are supported on a same coating material at the same time, and the Pd and Rh synergistic effect is reflected. Before supporting, a Pd precursor solution and a Rh precursor solution are dispersed by using different dispersing agents respectively, and the situation that Pd and Rh make direct contact to form alloy at a high temperature can be effectively prevented. On a catalyst coating structure, the Pd is mainly arranged on the bottom layer by adding a little amount of Rh, and due to the synergistic effect, the performance of the Pd is enhanced; Rh is mainly arranged on the upper layer by adding a little amount of Pd, due to the synergistic effect, the performance of the Rh is enhanced.
