Raw materials of the heat shrinkable film comprise 4-8 parts of low density polyethylene, 25-39 parts of high density polyethylene, 20-38 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 2-10 parts of polyethylene wax, 25-45 parts of metallocene polyethylene, 1-2 parts of a metallic powder pigment and 2-4 parts of a lubricant. The method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the raw materials according to above proportions; S2, placing the raw materials weighed in step S1 in a preparative plastic mixing mill, and heating the raw materials to obtain a plasticized hot material; and S3, feeding the hot material into a preparative heat shrinkable film blowing unit, carrying out extrusion blowing molding, and carrying out over-temperature automatic air cooling to obtain the heat shrinkable film. All process parameters in the feeding and mixing processes during production are strictly controlled to ensure the reaction temperature in order to make the prepared heat shrinkable film have a good strength and a high toughness.
