Abstract

The invention relates to an integrated intelligent fermentation system and a method of livestock and poultry excrement and urine. The system comprises a fermentation chamber, a modification tank, turnover stirring device, a video monitoring system, a temperature and humidity sensor, a temperature sensor, an ammonia sensor, a hydrogen sulfide sensor, a PH (potential of hydrogen) sensor and a liquidlevel sensor. The video monitoring system transmits video frames to a central control room to achieve unmanned fully intelligent control of a whole fermentation process. The ammonia sensor, the hydrogen sulfide sensor, the PH sensor and the liquid level sensor transmit detection data to the central control room in real time; the central control room correspondingly adjust a fermentation progressaccording to a detection parameter; and the precise and intelligent control of the fermentation process is achieved. All field operation and remote monitoring of field situations can be truly achievedby a user beside a computer in an office. A safe and environment-friendly fermentation mode without waste gas emission or waste generation in the fermentation process is achieved; environmental pollution problems arising from the livestock and poultry culture excrement and urine are solved; reclamation utilization of waste is achieved; and the waste is into valuables.
