The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) mixing and stirring potassium cocoyl hydrolyzed protein with sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, cocoyl sodium glycinate, cocoyl alanine triethanolamine, PEG-120 (methyl glucose dioleate) and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt; (2) mixing the panthenol with the betaine, glycerine, hexylene glycol, hydroxyacetophenone, the amino acid humectant, the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, the peach tree ester extract, the dendrobium candidum stem extract, the white fungus fruiting body extract, the herba cistanches extract and rose water, adjusting pH value with the citric acid, and lowering the temperature to obtain finished products.
