[0065] In the third aspect, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for preparing the antifreeze injection for Rosaceae plants provided in the embodiment of the second aspect, comprising: dissolving the antifreeze composition for Rosaceae plants provided in the embodiment of the first aspect in the first part of water.

[0066] In the actual production process, according to the characteristics of different components, such as solubility, acidity and alkalinity, or whether precipitation is easy to form, different components can be added sequentially in a specific order for dissolution.

[0067] Due to the buffering effect of the soluble dihydrogen phosphate and the complexing agent of the chelating agent, it is beneficial to maintain the stability of the solution and promote the dissolution of subsequent materials. Optionally, the dissolving of the antifreeze composition first configures a buffer environment and a chelating environment, that is, other compone...

Abstract

The invention provides anti-freezing composition and an anti-freezing injection for rosaceous plants, a preparation method of the anti-freezing injection and an anti-freezing transfusion drug, and belongs to the technical field of freeze protection of crops. The anti-freezing composition comprises components in parts by weight as follows: 40-60 parts of sorbitol, 0.5-1 part of biostimulant, 6-8 parts of soluble dihydric phosphate, 1-2 parts of boron substances, 2-4 parts of soluble zinc-containing substances and 1-1.5 parts of chelating agent. The anti-freezing injection comprises the anti-freezing composition and 40%-60% of the first water by mass. The preparation method of the anti-freezing injection comprises the step that the anti-freezing composition is dissolved in the first water. The anti-freezing transfusion drug comprises the anti-freezing injection and 1%-2% of second water by mass. According to the composition, osmotic pressure and membrane lipid peroxidation in tissue of rosaceous fruit trees are effectively controlled by adjusting sugar concentration in tree tissue, and cold resistance of the rosaceous plants is improved and the rosaceous plants are promoted to resistfrost injury in early spring.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of crop antifreeze, in particular, to an antifreeze composition for Rosaceae plants, an antifreeze injection and a preparation method thereof, and an antifreeze transfusion medicament. Background technique [0002] Frost in early spring has always been an important climatic factor affecting the yield and quality of Rosaceae fruit trees. The traditional preventive measures for freezing damage are mostly water replenishment, organic fertilizer application, smoking, lime smearing, straw coating and other methods. Studies have shown that spraying low concentrations of ethephon or naphthalene acetic acid, cyanin, etc. on the plants within 2-3 days before budding and flowering of fruit trees can inhibit flower bud germination and improve cold resistance. Although such exogenous control methods can reduce frost damage to a certain extent, they cannot fundamentally solve the impact of frost on fruit set r...
