Abstract

The invention provides a new voltage loading method. Due to the fact that a heating device does not make contact with a metal charging barrel, a spinning needle head can directly load positive voltage and negative voltage, and the spinning needle head and a receiving plate form a high-voltage electrostatic field. After a certain number of layers is printed, software sets and alternatively changes polarity of voltage loaded on the spinning needle head and the receiving plate, accumulation of electric charges in deposited fiber in the printing process is effectively neutralized, repulsion to fallen fiber is reduced, and thus the number of printed layers of direct writing of melt electrostatic spinning direct writing is increased. Further application of micro-nanometer products printed by the melt electrostatic spinning direct writing device is benefitted.
