Abstract

The invention relates to a novel optical coupling device, which comprises a light emitting portion of a quantum-dot light emitting diode (QLED), an organic photosensitive device and a connecting portion, wherein the light emitting portion receives a known electric signal and converts the electric signal into an optical signal, the organic photosensitive device receives the optical signal transmitted by the QLED and converts the optical signal into a detectable electric signal, and the connecting portion is located between the light emitting portion and the organic photosensitive device. The organic photosensitive triode optical coupling device overcomes the defects and deficiencies in applied material and structure of the existing optical coupling device, and proposes to manufacture an optical coupler by using the QLED and the organic photosensitive device. The organic photosensitive triode optical coupling device is simple in preparation process, can be prepared in a large area and can be used for preparing a full-flexible optical coupler. Meanwhile, the QLED has the characteristics of excellent color purity, high brightness, low working voltage, easy processing and the like.
