Abstract

The invention discloses a disease-pest-resistant angelica sinensis seedling culture substrate, and a preparation method thereof. The substrate comprises the following forming components in a weight proportion: 25-30 parts of a fermentation material, 20-40 parts of turf, 20-40 parts of coconut residuum, 4-6 parts of a humic acid, 4-6 parts of bone meal, and 1-2 parts of a compound microbial agent, wherein the fermentation material is prepared by mixing and fermenting cow dung, saw dust and corn straw; the bone meal is one of yak bone meal, beef cattle bone meal, and dairy cattle bone meal or multiple combinations in arbitrary proportions; and the compound microbial agent is prepared by a bacteria vector and a microbial agent, and the microbial agent is formed by one of pythium oligandrum, bacillus polymyxa, trichoderma harzianum and bacillus subtilis or multiple combinations in arbitrary proportions. The angelica sinensis seedling culture substrate is easy to obtain raw materials, low in cost, and easy to operate in a preparation process of the substrate. Compared with a current angelica sinensis culture substrate commodity available in the market, a survival rate and a yield of angelica sinensis seedlings cultured by using the substrate are improved, plant diseases and insect pests of angelica sinensis are remarkably reduced, and pesticide application is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a seedling-raising substrate and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an angelica seedling-raising substrate formula and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of seedling cultivation. Background technique [0002] Angelica is a perennial herbal medicine with a long history of medicinal use and unique medicinal effects, and has always been a treasure of doctors. Warm in nature and sweet in taste, it is a good medicine for nourishing and promoting blood circulation, removing stasis and promoting regeneration, laxative, regulating menstruation and relieving pain. There is a great demand for it. Angelica is suitable for alpine and cool climates, and is generally cultivated at an altitude of 1500-3000m. The seedling stage likes shade, the light transmittance is 10%, avoid direct sunlight; adult plants can withstand strong light. It is suitable for cultivation in sandy loam soil with deep, loose...
