Abstract

The invention provides hydrogel containing NP10 antimicrobial peptide as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of antimicrobial hydrogel. The hydrogel is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.015-0.045 percent of the NP10 antimicrobial peptide, 3-7 percent of a gel matrix, 1-3 percent of beta-sodium glycerophosphate, 5-7 percent of a CaCl2 water solution with mass concentration of 0.5-2 percent, and the balance of water. The NP10 antimicrobial peptide is taken as a core bacteriostatic component, can act on cell walls independently to destroy cells for exerting sterilizing and antibacterial effects, and also acts synergistically with the gel matrix, the beta-sodium glycerophosphate, and the CaCl2 water solutionwith mass concentration of 0.5-2 percent to provide the raw materials for the formation of the hydrogel; bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects can also be exerted synergistically; meanwhile, the pHvalue of a hydrogel system is kept neutral, thereby being beneficial for the NP10 antimicrobial peptide to maintain good antimicrobial activity.
