Abstract

The invention discloses a metallomics research method for selenium enriched tobacco leaves based on ICP-MS. The method comprises the following steps of (1), designing a flue-cured tobacco test material; (2), collecting and preparing flue-cured tobacco samples; (3), preparing a test sample solution; (4), setting an instrument condition; (5), carrying out an ICP-MS measurement process; and (6), carrying out data statistical method analysis. According to the method, different fertilization modes of selenium and influence of selenium content on tobacco are researched through metallomics, and reference base for scientific fertilization modes and rational fertilization amount in tobacco production is provided.
