Abstract

The invention provides an intestinal microbial flora for evaluation of inflammatory state and prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis. The intestinal microbial flora comprises two types of intestinal bacteria such as intestinal butyric acid generating bacteria and intestinal non-fermentative bacteria, wherein the intestinal butyric acid generating bacteria comprise 12 microorganisms generating butyric acid bacterial genuses, and the intestinal non-fermentative bacteria comprise 33 non-fermentative bacterial genus microorganisms. The invention firstly proposes that butyric acid generating bacteria and non-fermentative bacteria in the intestinal flora can affect the inflammatory state and prognosis of RA by generating/consuming intestinal butyric acid and affecting the net production of intestinal butyric acid.
