Abstract

The fluorine-containing water-borne self-stratifying paint is prepared from, by weight, 10-60% of fluorine-containing water-borne resin, 10-60% of fluorine-free water-borne resin, 0.5-20% of an additive for the water-borne paint, 0-30% of a film-forming additive and 20-70% of deionized water, wherein the fluorine-containing water-borne resin is short-chain fluorine-containing water-borne resin of an umbrella structure; the fluorine-free water-borne resin contains a silane coupling agent through copolymerization. Thefluorine-containing water-borne self-stratifying paint can ensure the stability of paint obtained after self-stratifying, and therefore, the substrate adhesion, the water repellence, the oil repellence and the contamination resistance of the paint are ensured.
