Abstract

The invention relates to the field of petrochemical industry, and relates to an environmentally-friendly diesel engine oil with long oil drain intervals, and a preparation method thereof. The engine oil is prepared from 15-25% of a compounding agent, 2-10% of a viscosity index improver, 0.1-1% of a pour point depressant, 0.2-2% of an antioxidant, 0.5-5% of an anti-wear agent, and the balance of whole synthetic base oil. The compounding agent added to diesel engine oil improves the wear resistance of the engine oil and reduces the wearing of parts, and synergistic effects between molybdenum diisooctyldithiocarbamate and ashless phosphorodithioate improve the wear resistance of the diesel engine oil; the addition of polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil to the diesel engine oil improves the low temperature performances of the diesel engine oil, the addition of alkyl naphthalene AN25 base oil improves the thermo-oxidative stability of the diesel engine oil and prolongs the service life of the diesel engine oil, and the addition of a borated polyisobutylene succinimide dispersant, a sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate detersive and the low-nitrogen element additive reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides in order to make the diesel engine oil environmentally friendly.
