Abstract

The preparation method comprises the steps: performing segment enrichment of the phenolic acid compounds in Echinacea purpurea firstly by using the property that the elution rate can be accelerated by an eluent in pH zone countercurrent chromatography, and then using the pH zone countercurrent chromatography separation on Echinacea purpurea so as to obtain eight high-purity phenolic acid compounds including caftaric acid, fertaric acid, coutaric acid, iso-fertaric acid, methyl caffeoyltartrate, chicoric acid (2,3-O-dicaffeoyltartaric acid), ferulic acid and methyl caffeate. Through the method, not only can a high injection volume be ensured, but also lower-content compounds are enriched after segment enrichment is performed, so that more compounds are obtained during second separation, and the separation efficiency is improved greatly.
