Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of immunology and relates to an anti-IL-1beta (anti-interleukin-1beta) antibody as well as a medicine composition and application thereof. Specially, the invention relates to the anti-IL-1beta antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof. The heavy chain variable region of the antibody comprises HCDR1-3 (heavy chain complementary determining region 1-3) of which amino acid sequences are shown in SEQ ID NO:17-19 in the description respectively; and the light chain variable region of the antibody comprises LCDR1-3 (light chain complementary determining region 1-3) of which amino acid sequences are shown in SEQ ID NO:20-22 in the description respectively.
