Abstract

The environmentally-friendly quick-drying automobile engine pad-free adhesive comprises the following components in percentages by weight: 60 to 80% of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 1 to 3% of methyl tri(methylisobutyl ketoxime)silane, 1 to 5% of vinyl tri(methylisobutyl ketoxime) silane, 0 to 5% of vinyltriethoxysilane, 0.01 to 0.1% of tetraethoxysilane, 2 to 5% of phenyl MQ silicone resin, 5 to 25% of silicon dioxide, 0 to 0.1% of dilauryl dibutyltin and 0 to 0.5% of a dispersant. Through optimal combination of ketoxime silanes, the pad-free adhesive provided by the invention can reaches the purposes of quick surface drying and no VOC release. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method for the pad-free adhesive.
