The outlet end of the top of the first rectifying tower is connected with a first condensation tank through a pipeline via the feeding pre-heater, the outlet end of the bottom of the first rectifying tower is connected with the inlet end of the second rectifying tower through a pipeline, and the outlet end of the top of the second rectifying tower is connected with a second condensation tank through a pipeline via a first reboiler.
