Abstract

The broadband circularly polarized frequency scanning metasurface comprises phase shifting units arranged according to an M*N array, each phase shifting unit comprises a metal bottom plate and a dielectric substrate which are arranged in an overlapped mode,a phase shifting structure is arranged on the upper surface of each dielectric substrate, and the phase shifting structures of the phase shifting units in the same column are the same; the phase shift structure comprises an I-shaped grid bar and rectangular auxiliary grid bars symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the I-shaped grid bar, the I-shaped grid bar comprises two transverse grid barparts and a longitudinal grid bar part, the transverse grid bar is perpendicular to the longitudinal grid bar, and the long axes of the two auxiliary grid bars are parallel to the long axis of the longitudinal grid bar. The long axes of the longitudinal grid bars are taken as symmetric axes, and the phase shift structure is an axisymmetric structure; and in the same row, an included angle betweenthe symmetry axis of the phase shift structure and the column line is (n-1)*180 / N.
