Embodiment 1

[0039] In a stainless steel tubular pyrolyzer with a length of about 150mm and a diameter of 200mm with a temperature measuring device and an electric heating device, 40g of refined pitch is put into it, and after being heated to about 270°C for calcination, it is mixed with 6g of hydrogenated anthracene oil (carbon-to-hydrogen ratio) 0.8), mixed together and put into the autoclave, rapidly heated to about 380°C, N 2 Co-carbonization under the condition of 0.65MPa for 15h.

[0040] After carbonization, keep the temperature for 1 hour, collect the light phase, cool, separate and filter to obtain 3.2 g of anthracene and phenanthrene mixture, and crystallize to obtain anthracene and phenanthrene, the content of which can reach more than 98 wt%. The remaining substances are collected and redistributed for recycling.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing anthracene and phenanthrene through co-carbonization of hydrogenated anthracene oil and refined asphalt. According to the method, the hydrogenated anthracene oil serving as a hydrogen donor and refined asphalt are subjected to co-carbonization, hydrogen transfer occurs and product separation is performed to obtain a mixture of which the main components are anthracene and phenanthrene, and crystallization is performed to finally obtain refined anthracene and refined phenanthrene. Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that the process has the advantages of low equipment investment, simple process and low energy consumption. A mixture with anthracene and phenanthrene as main components can be easily obtained, and therefined anthracene and refined phenanthrene as components can be simply and efficiently extracted through crystallization separation. According to the process, while anthracene and phenanthrene are obtained, organic or inorganic heteroatoms are promoted to be converted into gas to escape, asphalt modification can be synchronously achieved, and coking substances are reduced. Raw materials can be fully utilized, energy is saved, emission is reduced, and investment treatment by-products do not need to be increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of separation of coal tar components and preparation of coal-based carbon materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing anthracene and phenanthrene by co-carbonization of hydrogenated anthracene oil and refined pitch. Background technique [0002] Anthracene and phenanthrene are representative tricyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, mainly derived from the anthracene oil fraction in coal tar, and are two important fine chemical raw materials. Anthracene can be used to make dyes and semiconductors. Anthraquinone such as anthracene oxidation can produce a series of dyes, which are widely used in dyes, medicine, and papermaking. Anthracene chloride can be used in pesticides. High-purity anthracene is a kind of semiconductor, which occupies an important position in the research of nuclear physics. Phenanthrene derivatives are mainly used in synthetic resins, plant growth hormones, dyes and tanning materials....
