A discharging opening of the wet sludge bin is connected with a sludge feeding opening on the rapid entrained-flow bed sludge drying machine. A discharging opening of the rapid entrained-flow bed sludge drying machine is connected with a feeding opening of the pulverized coal boiler. The primary scattering and crushing device is arranged at the sludge feeding opening. The air chamber is arranged at the bottom of the rapid entrained-flow bed sludge drying machine, and an air inlet on theair chamber is connected with a high-temperature flue gas outlet on a flue of the pulverized coal boiler. The sludge crushing device is arranged at the bottom of the air chamber.
