The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding ACM rubber, a polymer, a compatilizer, a vulcanizing agent, an anti-UV agent and an antioxidant into a twin-screw extruder together by a weightless metering scale; the ACM thermoplastic vulcanized rubber is obtained through extrusion, the plasticity of the ACM rubber is improved through addition of the polymer, the rubber blend is subjected to phase inversion in the processing process, the obtained product can be repeatedly used, recycling of leftover materials and waste products is facilitated, the utilization rate of rubber materials is increased, and pollution of solid waste is reduced.
