By adding sodium alginate, the brittleness of the chitosan hydrogel can be improved by utilizing sodium alginate with good plasticity and toughness, and the mechanical property of the gel is optimized; and the mechanical property of the hydrogel can be regulated and controlled by controlling the mixing ratio of the chitosan aqueous solution to the sodium alginate aqueous solution, and the breaking strength ofchitosan can be increased from 2 MPa to 6 MPa to the maximum extent. Meanwhile, the prepared chitosan/sodium alginate composite hydrogel has the antibacterial property of chitosan and the biological activity of sodium alginate.
