Embodiment 1

[0047] (1) Sampling and sample preparation

[0048] The sediment samples collected in the waters of Guanshan Island, Wenzhou were freeze-dried in a freeze dryer, ground at below 4°C, passed through an 80-mesh stainless steel sieve after grinding, and stored at -80°C for testing;

[0049] (2) Sampling and accelerated solvent extraction

[0050] Weigh four samples to be tested, each 10.00g, carry out accelerated solvent extraction and collect the extract; the specific steps of accelerated solvent extraction are: fill the bottom of the 34mL extraction pool with activated 2g of florisil, activated 3g of neutral silica gel and 1g of activated anhydrous sodium sulfate; mix the sample to be tested with an appropriate amount of diatomaceous earth and put it into the extraction cell, add 1ng to replace the internal standard 13 C 10 -trans-chlordane, fill the top of the extraction tank with a proper amount of diatomaceous earth; use n-hexane and dichloromethane with a volume ratio (v / ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting short-chain chlorinated paraffin in marine sediments. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) sampling and sample preparation; (2) sampling andaccelerated solvent extraction; (3) desulfurizing and degreasing; (4) headspace solid phase microextraction; (5) gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection; and (6) standard curve drawing. According to the method, the sample purification treatment process and detection conditions are optimized; the accelerated solvent extraction, headspace solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are adopted to determine the short-chain chlorinated paraffin in the marine sediments. The method is simple to operate, does not need an additional organic solvent in the purification process, is environment-friendly and meets the green development requirements. The whole accelerated solvent extraction and headspace solid-phase microextraction processes can be completed through instruments, the automation degree is high, the result is accurate, the sensitivity is high, the recovery rate and reproducibility are satisfactory. The method can be used for measuring the content of theshort-chain chlorinated paraffin in the marine sediments.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of marine sediment pollution detection, in particular to a method for detecting short-chain chlorinated paraffins in marine sediments. Background technique [0002] As a kind of chlorinated paraffin, short-chain chlorinated paraffin has a carbon chain length of C 10 -C 13 , in the atmosphere, water, soil, sediment, organisms, and even human tissues are detected to varying degrees. Because of its characteristics of persistent organic pollutants such as persistence, long-distance migration, high toxicity, and bioaccumulation, it was included in the Stockholm Convention in May 2017 to ban its production and use. Although short-chain chlorinated paraffin pollution has attracted global attention, it can persist due to its long half-life. Marine sediments are important carriers, destinations and accumulation areas for the migration and transformation of short-chain chlorinated paraffins in the environment. The...
