Abstract

The invention relates to acetal production equipment and a using method thereof. The acetal production equipment comprises a fractional reaction tank, wherein the fractional reaction tank is divided into an upper circular truncated cone section, a cylindrical section and a lower circular truncated cone section; the side wall of the cylindrical section is provided with a plurality of material feeding pipes for tangential feeding and circulating reaction fluid inlets located below the material feeding pipes; a water vapor collecting device is arranged at the top of the upper circular truncated cone section; and a sediment collecting device, an acetal collecting device and a circulating reaction fluid collecting device are arranged at the bottom of the lower circular truncated cone section. When the equipment is used, after water vapor and acetal in a reaction product are separated, absolute ethyl alcohol participating in the reaction is preheated through different heat exchangers; and one part of a separated and collected circulating reaction fluid is fed into the fractional reaction tank to participate in the reaction again, and the other part of the separated and collected circulating reaction fluid preheats acetaldehyde participating in the reaction through different heat exchangers and then enters the fractional reaction tank. According to the method, the process steps of acetal production are simplified, separation can be performed while reaction is performed, continuous production is realized, and the production cost of acetal is reduced.
