The power battery heating loop comprises a power battery, a second electronic thermostat, a heat exchanger and a second electric water pump which are sequentially connected in series; the power battery heat dissipation loop comprises a power battery, a second electronic thermostat, a second radiator, a second electric water pump and a second temperature sensor.
