The method has the obvious effects of reinforcing the foundation and sufficiently utilizing the space below the building; the spatial arrangement is flexible, thus constructions can be carried out at arbitrary tilt angles; the strength of a formed reinforcing body is high, thus the underground pipes can be protected to prevent circulating liquid in the underground pipes from leaking; the reinforcing body has high bonding strength and good water isolating property with the soil stratums without breaking the water isolating property of a water isolating layer; and returned slurry in a construction process can solidify so as to be beneficial to environmental protection.
