The normal-temperature yoghourt is obtained by mixing blueberry jam and fermented milk, wherein the blueberry jam is prepared from the following raw materials: whole-grain blueberries, water, white granulated sugar, gellan gum, hydroxy propyl distarch phosphate, citric acid and sodium citrate; the blueberry jam is prepared by the following steps: hardening finished blueberries; mixing blueberries with white granulated sugar, gellan gum, hydroxy propyl distarch phosphate, citric acid and sodium citrate, boiling at 75-90 DEG C for 10-20 minutes, and sterilizing by adopting a coiled tube type sterilization machine to obtain the blueberry jam. The invention further provides a preparation method of the normal-temperature yoghourt. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the completeness of the whole blueberry grains in the product is ensured by optimizing a jam sterilization process.
