Abstract

The invention discloses an application of flavanone substances in inhibition of phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae. The invention belongs to the technical field of bactericidal active compounds. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing method for inhibiting phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae by using a traditional chemical pesticide bactericide as a main component greatly threatens food safety and ecological environment. According to the application of the flavanone substance in inhibiting the phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae, the flavanone substance is used as a bacteriostatic agent to be applied to plant diseases caused by the phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae; wherein the flavanone substance is a flavonoid compound which is derived from naringenin, phloretin, liquiritigenin or hesperetin and the like by taking 2-phenyl dihydrochromone as a mother nucleus. Indoor toxicity determination proves that the flavanone substance has good inhibitory activity on phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae, and can be used as a natural, pollution-free and environment-friendly efficient bactericide. Therefore, problems of pathogenic bacterium drug resistance and pesticide residues caused by excessive dependence on a single bactericide can be solved, and environmental pollution is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of bactericidal active compounds, and in particular relates to the application of a flavanone substance in inhibiting tobacco black shank bacteria. Background technique [0002] Tobacco black shank is a devastating tobacco root disease caused by Phytophthora parasitica. Phytophthora parasitica not only has a wide host range, but also, as a typical root pathogen, represents most Phytophthora plants. Therefore, in recent years, Phytophthora parasitica has been studied as a model strain of oomycete pathogen. Phytophthora parasitica can harm almost all cultivated tobacco, and is extremely destructive, causing serious losses to tobacco production in the world. Once the disease occurs, it is almost difficult to control, and it is one of the most devastating diseases currently endangering tobacco production. At present, the control of these diseases in production is mainly chemical control, and the long-term use ...
