The provided ultrasonic coupling agent is prepared from the following preparation raw materials: 0.01-0.02% of valrocemide, 0.01-0.1% of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 0.1-0.8% of p-hydroxybenzoate, 1.0-3.0% of isopropyl palmitate, 0.1-0.5% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.1-0.6% of cross-linked polyacrylic resin, 5.0-10.0% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of triethanolamine and the balance water. The valrocemide has a new function of inhibiting escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans. A novel medical ultrasonic coupling agent is prepared by using the valrocemide. The prepared medical ultrasonic coupling agent can realize broad-spectrum sterilization and high-efficiency sterilization, sterilizes and disinfects an ultrasonic probe in a whole ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment process, and effectively reduces a cross infection risk in an ultrasonic detection process.
