Abstract

The invention discloses a synthesis method of bagasse xylan / naringin-g-HPMA acetylsalicylate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking bagasse xylan (BX) and naringin (Nar) as main raw materials, hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA) as a grafting monomer and ammonium persulfate as an initiator, synthesizing bagasse xylan / naringin-g-HPMA through free radical reaction in a water solvent; and by taking ionic liquid 1-butyl-2, 3-dimethylimidazolium as a solvent and acetylsalicylic acid as an esterifying agent, carrying out catalytic esterification reaction to synthesize the final product bagasse xylan / naringin-g-HPMA acetylsalicylate. The obtained product can effectively inhibit in-vitro proliferation of colorectal cancer cells and induce apoptosis of the colorectal cancer cells, lays a foundation for research of novel colorectal cancer prevention drugs, and has wide development prospects in the fields of biomass materials, medicines and the like.
